The Center will house a modest collection of books, article reprints, and journals addressing topics on teaching and learning. Books may be checked out for two weeks, and the Center will assume the cost of printing articles. Faculty recommendations for publications are strongly encouraged.
The Center for Instructional Multimedia is a faculty development facility where tod ay's technology merges with tomorrows education. Our main focus is to guide faculty through the process of producing quality courseware for use in the classroom. Since its inception, the CIM lab has continually changed to parallel the technological advanc ements and educational needs of California Lutheran University.
Faculty Development Opportunities
External Workshops & Conferences
The Center will periodically offer workshops and seminars. These programs are designed for all faculty and will be developed in response to faculty input; the Center is very interested in suggestions for both program topics and outstanding speakers. Workshops will typically be interactive and will be tailored to address faculty's specific needs.
